Facebook pages are one of the simplest means of building and growing your brand due to the fact that they can reach the millions of people who are already using Facebook on a daily basis. You can promote your fan pages and get lots of visitors in various ways, but you should always be searching for the very best way. Optimize your fan page for the major search engines and you’ll see targeted traffic coming your way at no cost. The great news is that few pages are ever optimized and so you’ll be able to pass up all those other pages. Here are three SEO techniques that really work for optimizing your Facebook page so that you can get more traffic. To learn more go to the blog cash training center.

The first thing you need to make sure of is that your Facebook fan page name and your brand name are the same. In other words, make sure you consider the name of your page carefully as only the right name will do. The name should have to do with your industry, what you do, and what your overall goals are. The best way to do this is to go with your brand name instead of going with keywords and phrases that are generic sounding because that makes you look like a conman. Another thing that you need to keep in mind when picking your fan page name is to not change it often. Google will use your Facebook page’s name to determine where to put it in the search results, and so changing your page’s name will change your position. The reason this happens is because Google uses the title of a page to determine where to place it in the results, and if you change anything Google will start at square one when determining where you place you.

You’ll find a few default areas where your visitors can land, when you first create your landing page. The problem is that tabs have limited use because they don’t have many other options other than the wall, information, links etc. This problem, though, can be resolved with FBML, which is an application designed to add more boxes and tabs into a fan page where one can include content that is better optimized. This way you can add even more links, images and text on your page by adding in more boxes. The benefit to you is that your general content score will increase. What advantages does this provide in terms of SEO for your page? There is a better chance of getting Google to notice your fan page. For more information visit the auto traffic hijack scam site.

Last but certainly not least, you will want to show your appreciation by thanking everyone who fans you. If someone finds your fan page using Google, then you need to thank them ASAP. You can even show more courtesy by returning the favor with a free coupon or an e-book. Never forget the simple thank you message that’s easy to send out.

In short, you should know just how to use SEO to increase your fan page’s traffic and fans. This not only gets you more exposure but also builds your brand without any direct effort. For more tips go to the www.johnkeeble.net blog.

SEO Marketing: Driving Search Traffic to Your Company’s Web Site

How To Dramatically Increase Your Keyword Ranking

When I begin my SEO marketing campaign, keyword research is very important.  This is how I’ll set up my keyword campaign.  I’ll start out with 50 terms to use.  Then I’ll look at the search volume to see what kind of traffic I can generate to my web site.  I also look at the competition.  Now I’ll take the 50 keywords that I have and put together a blog.

Pay-per-click campaigns are the best to work with to test each keyword phrase out.  Once your testing is done, you take a look at which ones where clicked on and which ones were not.  This is how I figure out my return on my investment.  I’ll take the top 25 search phrases and work with those.

These are the keywords that will make me money.  The keywords that I cut out I don’t use.  No point in it when you have better search terms.

I work with the longer tailed keywords first and write content around them.  Ranking for the longer tailed keywords are easier because you don’t have that much competition.  Now I’ll work my way up my list.  My activities now consist of building links, writing articles and social bookmarking.

A SEO specialist would say that by now I’m already starting to rank for the longer tailed keywords, so I work with trying to build content for the terms that have more competition.  If you can do the smaller jobs first, when it comes to ranking for the more competitive keywords you’ll have better success.

Now I’ll repeat this process until I have about 300 keyword phrases.  I’ll put more content up on my website.  I prefer working harder on my off page optimization than my on page optimization.  When I write articles for testing, I put great content in.  People that come to your website want to be wowed by the content that is up.  It’s at this time that I’ll look to sell someone else’s product.

When you put up your blog, the articles don’t have to be very long.  I prefer short, sweet and to the point.  I just don’t think people when they are surfing on the internet want to be reading long articles so I shorten them up a bit.  Now I’ll ask the visitor to do something like sign up for my mailing list.  This will give me a good idea if I can convert someone into a sale at a later time frame.  Come up with several different things for the visitor to do.  Sometimes you can put a product in your content to see if that sells.  But always get their name on a list so you can go back and work on them at a later time.  So in your SEO marketing plan if you take the time to generate a good quality keyword list, you’ll find that this task is half the battle.
