Is this a good way to start Search Engine Optimization for my company?

I have Googled and found this company in chicago.. could anyone advise me whether this is a good company?? they are quite flexible and gives assurance of money back guarantee….

I never heard of that company, but that doesn't mean much. There are thousands of SEO companies out there.
Depending on your company website, would be a major factor on what SEO company you choose.
SEO companies normally charge you a lot of money, and they do "some" of the work. What they do is send you reports of what changes "you" have to make to better your search engine results. Some will offer to do the work for you at an additional charge.
Again, depending on your company, you might be better off hiring a freelancer. A SEO freelancer can do the work for you at a fraction of the cost that a SEO company would charge.
SEO can be easy for some websites. You may be able to do it all on your own, if you know what to do.

I'd pass on this SEO company since they engage in Black Hat SEO techniques [which is not proper], especially when you take into account their current <title> metatag which contains spamdexed/duplicate entries:
"Search Engine Optimization on Chicago Illinois | SE Consultants For SMO and PPC | Chicago SEO Firm | Wakensys Chicago Illinois."
Why is Chicago entered three times, when one entry is sufficient?
One wonders if this SEO company truly believes that they can also "load" metatag entries for their client's website as well.

Before you jump into hiring an SEO, you need a bit more information. There are good SEOs and bad ones. When we hire an SEO first we look for one with experience in the business we are looking to promote. This is critical to developing good links back to your site, which are a core component of improving SERP placement.
