Which major is more useful if I want to be a Public Relations Specialist?

Public Relations or Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations?
Or are they basically the same thing?

Probably Public Relations out of those 2;
but also depending on what you want to do PR for, ie if you want to do it for a big city firm you might be better off doing a Business related degree with an emphasis on Marketing and PR as they would appreciate a wider scope.
