What kind of salary am I looking at going into Public Relations?

I have a BA in Communications from 2005 and plan to finish my MA in Communication Theory, which has specialties in Mass Communication and Public Relations, by 2010. My Masters is coming from one of the Top Ten Universities in the Country in the field of Communications. What kind of salary should I expect to make both out of the gate as well as down the road? I currently live in Cleveland, but am willing to relocate if need be.

My niece who has a BA in Communications and just graduated in June started with an energy company and is making 65000. a year
(in Canada) she also was given 55,000 shares in the company as a signing bonus which are currently worth 1.38 each. You do the math.
