What are the best universities for public relations major?

I am a transfer student about to wrap up my A.A. degree and have a gpa of 3.2. Will probably be higher once I finish. What are the best universities that i could go to with a major in Public Relations? Any colleges that have an outstanding program? Thanks so much in advanced!
