In a system where all power is supposedly based on the consent of the governed, where all men are created equally, what happens when one questions the legitimacy and the very nature of government? Watch this video and find out how government solves market needs in a very different way than private companies seeking a profit. Watch as I go in and attempt to ask my first question, “Am I entitled to a fair trial free of conflicts of interest?” I wonder why he didn’t want to answer. . .

Did you just miss the point, while at the same time making it? I beleive he refers to the their intention, not what they are. You are correct in “they don’t understand what they are doing” (I hope). The positive thing that Sam has perfect clarity on is that; When good people who beleive they are doing right, find they are mistaken, they change. Sam, I beleive is working towards that definition of change.

Good and important video! In December, 2004, I had a similar situation with Judge Jim Boyd and court staff in Prairie Grove District Court in Arkansas, except I didn’t bring a camera and the judge did patently threaten me with jail just for asking questions and refusing to sign a Waiver Of Right To Counsel.

There are hundreds of “non governmental” courts. It’s called arbitration / ejudication. If you have a workers comp claim, Unemployment insurance claim, and several others that I can’t think of. You agree to them BEFORE hand and sign a waiver stating such.

“Bureaucrats are basically good people” … I disagree. What’s good about stupidity? Nothing. They are theives, whether it’s due to stupidity or malevolence is of no consequence. If they simply didn’t understand but also hadn’t taken action, it would be forgivable. But that’s not the case. They don’t understand what they are doing, but they have chosen to initiate force against us all. That is unacceptable.

Rather than say “all men are created equally” I would just state: “all men are equal under the law”. This eliminates idiotic religious memes and ambiguity of meaning. Such things confuse the sheep, and we’re trying to get the sheep to run interference for us, at minimum, if not stampede in our chosen direction. It’s hard to get them on our side if they’re confused about the best possible meaning of the terms. (Did god try just as hard to create me as he did my neighbor? Duhhrr…)

Yep, fiction… when i worked for the gov, I was fired after refusing to ist in the embezzlement of a LOT of money… mandatory admin meetings at a school district featured smart alecks bragging about ideas to force public schools to watch ography… my last job, next to the justice dept in the gov complex, turned out to be a front for cocaine distribution… this is just the surface… medical fraud is the biggest one…
