How can i get a job abroad as a Public Relations officer for a particular organisation?

I am a graduate from Makerere University in Masscommunication and i majored in Public Relations. I have looked for ways of getting a job in Europe but all in vain. So help me get a job in the related fields.
I have found many such jobs posted on Monster.com.
Unfortunately, they also post such jobs, in misleading ways, for unscrupulous companies, and do NOT respond to complaints in that regard, so BEFORE LEAVING for ANY such *interview* be SURE you have THOROUGHLY CHECKED OUT the company with ALL POSSIBLE SOURCES (ESPECIALLY if you are FEMALE–they RECRUIT for INTERNATIONAL PORN companies who advertise their *slots* as PR/Admin/Sec. to CEO or whatever they believe a young lady would apply for).

Since you know the organization you want to work for/ with, apply and make sure some profound persons support your application by letters and even calling to find how your application is proceeding! When you succeed, you invite them over for a week or more!
