I want to sell at the top and get the best deal." We can't know that answer. The important thing is not to try and time the market. Scam artist always tell you that you can pay them money and they will get you in and out at just the right time. The truth is that the exact time of peak and bottom is pure luck. If the prices are so high they don't make sense then sell. If the prices are so low they don't make sense then buy. Look around and pay a lot of attention to location.
