Im currently undertaking a bachelor of commerce, majoring in public relations, i need to pick either a minor or a second major, what would be a good choice?
The best advice that I could give would be something along the lines of Communication Studies or Sociology.
Anything that gives you a better overview of society, or a better overview of speaking, is DEFINITELY the most logical choice.
You want something that will benefit you in a future career. Pick something that will make you stand out among all other candidates for the jobs you seek. Make yourself different, either through qualifications, groups that you are with, or your extracurriculars.
Do that, and I guarantee that you will find the job that you want!

Any other ideas? I’d prefer not to use an Florida Realtor who charge about 6% commission.

I never heard of that company, but that doesn't mean much. There are thousands of SEO companies out there.
Depending on your company website, would be a major factor on what SEO company you choose.
SEO companies normally charge you a lot of money, and they do "some" of the work. What they do is send you reports of what changes "you" have to make to better your search engine results. Some will offer to do the work for you at an additional charge.
Again, depending on your company, you might be better off hiring a freelancer. A SEO freelancer can do the work for you at a fraction of the cost that a SEO company would charge.
SEO can be easy for some websites. You may be able to do it all on your own, if you know what to do.

How can i sell my goods online too. Do i need to consult any internet marketing strategy consulting firm? Is that affordable?
I would suggest starting off with ebay.com first. It is relatively easy to set up and very cost effective. You can also start your own store own ebay and have customers shop your store on ebay, and already have a large market for your product. I would definetly recommend that you research ebay first and maybe give it a try first. At lot of people use ebay to start and continue their business online even when they maintain there own website due to the fact that so many people already shop there and its a new way to build clients.
Consider looking at a few of their tutorials.

How do I get an entry level job in public relations?

Hello. I graduated December 2005 with a BS in Communications, concentrating in broadcast journalism. I've spent the time since then trying to get into law school, and while I succeed, I hated it and didn't want the debt. So I was trying to see if I could get a job in public relations. I have ample public speaking and news writing classes from my degree, but no PR-specific internships which is the big source of entry-level jobs. How would I go about procuring one with my credentials? I don't have a portfolio per se, but some clips from my news writing classes. Any ideas? If you desire more details, just ask. Thanks!
you could always do a functional resume. instead of listing your work experiences in chronological order, you can put your skills. for example, you have communications and writing skills. so each skill could be a section within your resume, along with objective, education, etc. under each section, you can list how you got them. for example:
Communication Skills
-Assisted customers in retail store in finding appropriate merchandise
-Informed group of students on the benefits of eating healthy
Any way, you sorta get the point. A functional resume is pretty good for somebody who is just starting out or moving to another industry. You can definitely find more info about a functional resume on the internet. Good luck with your search!

Presently, the florida real estate market is flat …. i was thinking that perhaps since the dollar is weak abroad, it might be a good time to market outside the U.S. but I am unsure of where to start. Thank you!
I would first try some of the free routes. Have you posted any articles on craigslist.com? I’ve found really good luck getting exposure all over the world with them.
